It is very important to us that every property is in exceptionally good condition. This is checked by us personally at regular intervals. Should you nevertheless discover a defect, please report it to us within 24 hours so that we can deal with it immediately. We have an experienced handyman in our team who is exclusively available to us and can respond promptly to complaints or claims. In this way we would like to offer our guests an exceptional service that enables them to enjoy a carefree vacation in our properties.

We would like to make it as easy as possible for all our guests to pay. For this reason, we offer various secure payment options, including: Bank transfer, payment by Zelle or Paypal.
If you have any problems with a payment method, please do not hesitate to contact us. We know from experience that payments from European countries in particular can sometimes be a challenge. We would like to offer you a payment method that is as secure and worry-free as possible.

We work with a number of local partners to make your stay as varied as possible. We are happy to help you with bookings or tips for special tours on site or transfers.

Should you wish to celebrate a special occasion or surprise your loved ones during your stay, please contact us at any time. We will be happy to support you and prepare small amenities before your arrival in the house or provide small gifts

Jessika has worked in hotel management at Best Western for many years and knows how to handel reservations on different platforms and make guests happy. Her training in the commercial sector rounds off the experience required for a good property management. She has also successfully passed her "HOMESTAGE" exam in Florda and has a very detailled eye for home design that makes you feel home.

Thomas N. has the necessary experience in the maintenance and repairs of the properties. He completed his training as an electrician in Germany and worked for many years in the renovation and maintenance of properties. Here in Florida he is the Owner of "Palm Paradise Handyman Services" and is an important component of our property management in order to keep our properties in a great condition.

Dr. Thomas K. is a host for many years and has extraordinary guest feedbacks, that shows his expertise in the field of hospitality. He has seamlessly transitioned his skills into the realm of real estate and vacation rentals. Leveraging his background in serving and helping people, Dr. Kiessling has found success in connecting families with their dream homes and properties.  His unique perspective, international experience, and dedication to exceptional service make him a standout professional in any field he chooses to contribute.

Tom K. As a young & energized real estate advisor and co-founder of our new property management company, Tom brings a robust blend of expertise and experience to the table. His experiences ounds up our expertise in the real estate field. With his Broker license he brings his knowlege for short and longterm rentals as well.

Before we include a house in our portfolio, we would like to view it ourselves on site first. We have some basic requirements that a house must fulfill for us. We want to create an exceptional vacation experience for our guests and the property must meet a number of requirements. The interior must meet our specifications and needs to be in a generally good condition with no maintenance backlog.

We take care of your property management for a percentage share of the rental income. This depends on whether you want to rent out long-term or short term.

In order to include the property in our portfolio, we need professional images that perfectly showcase your property. You can commision these yourself or purchase them through a professional photographer working with us for 500$.
